MyClassStudio gives small after-school enrichment studios — martial arts, music, dance, and everything in between — one affordable place to run their classes, while staying completely free for the students, guardians, and teachers on the other side of it.
Why we built it
MyClassStudio started with a familiar kind of chaos: a few kids, each in a different hobby class, and no good way to keep track of any of it. Schedule changes buried in group texts. Permission slips that never made it home. An event you only heard about after it happened.
We kept hitting that wall as parents — and realized the studios were struggling with the same thing from their side. The teachers and owners we knew loved teaching, but spent their evenings chasing payments, retyping rosters, and sending the same announcement five different ways.
The tools that could fix it were built for big institutions and priced for them too. So we set out to build something for the community-scale studio: powerful enough to run the whole school, simple enough to actually use, and free for the families keeping up with it. We're a small, independent team based in Texas, building MyClassStudio for studios and families like the ones we come from.
